Testing of small-capacity air conditioning appliances
Tested appliances:
Tested appliances:
- split or window type unitary air conditioners and heat pumps (HP).
- fan coil units
- cooling capacity below 12 kW
- water flow rate below 4 m3/h
Testing conditions:
The 2 cells of the calorimetric chamber enable to control the following ranges:
- for the conditions on air:
• dry T between -12°C and +60°C
• wet bulb T between -13°C and +35°C
- for water temperatures between -10°C and +80°C
Performed measurements:
- sensitive and latent capacities
- electrical power
- water flow rate
- coefficient of performance, efficiency ratio
