Calculation of flows, heat transfers and combustion

CETIAT uses CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) calculation codes available and is an expert in their use in order to make numerical simulations of:

• Flows
• Heat transfers
• Combustion,

and more generally of every fluid mechanics phenomena in devices and systems.

The results give access to the local values of velocity fields, temperatures, pressures, concentrations, heat fluxes,...
and enable to obtain volume and mass flow rates, thermal powers,...

CETIAT uses those tools to make calculations specific to devices and systems (burners, boilers, radiators, air conditioning appliances, fans, ventilation appliances, flues and pipes, industrial process systems..) but also for calculation of air flows in the buildings (flats, offices, chambers, industrial halls, clean rooms), work rooms (pollutants catch systems, industrial ventilation,..) or passengers compartments.
